The Frigate Wallcrawl (abbreviated as FWC) is a major wallcrawl that can be done in every speedrun category. Its purpose is to cut out a substantial portion of the Frigate Escape sequence, saving well over a minute if done optimally. It takes advantage of a Secret World that can be performed in Biotech Research Area 1 in order to get out of bounds.

Due to the difficulty of this wallcrawl, it is only recommended for experienced runners.
