General Overview

The in-game timer starts when Samus is in control. Directly behind Samus is her ship, which can be used to save, and can refill ammunition as well as energy. The three targets in front block access to Hive Access Tunnel.

There is standable terrain that can be used to get to Service Access early, but because all the paths from there are locked, doing so is not immediately useful.
