It contains the [[Space Jump Boots]], the first item that is collected in most categories.

Acquiring the [[Space Jump Boots]] in this room disables layer "JUMP BLOCKER" in [[Pit Tunnel]].

==Slope Jump==
Normally, the game expects you to get out of this room with Space Jump. However, by performing a [[Slope Jump]], it is possible to get out of the room without SJ. This is useful in randomizers.
