Metroid Prime/Randomizer Low% Route

The Randomizer Low% route is a theoretical route that could only be realized in a Randomizer setting. The route obtains the three beams to make it possible to kill Metroid Prime (Exoskeleton), Phazon Suit to make it possible to kill Metroid Prime (Essence), Space Jump Boosts to make it possible to enter multiple Secret Worlds, and the 12 Artifacts. This is 17 items, but since Phazon Suit doesn't count for a percent, it would be a 16% run.

By utilizing Exo Skip, it is possible to skip the Exoskeleton fight. This would allow Wave Beam and Ice Beam to be dropped from the route, but it would add Morph Ball (and possibly Power Bombs as requirements, so it would still be a 16% run.
