Hall of Stairs is a room located in the Dark Agon Wastes region of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains a Secret World.
Secret World
If Samus has Screw Attack, she can take advantage of the platform to go out of bounds. From the lowered position, she can stand on the edge to raise the platform as she is still on it. Once on the ceiling, perform Screw Attack, and the platform will raise further, allowing Samus to go out of bounds.
