It contains the [[Super Missiles]], which are guarded by a large invisible box that also happens to block access to [[Underground Transport]] on the lower level of the room. The only known way to bypass this box is to take care of the Pirate fight, which removes this invisible box at the end of the sequence. If the player obtains the Emerald Translator in [[Torvus Energy Controller]] before taking care of the Pirate fight, the room's layer will permanently change, and the box cannot be removed.
