This is related to Item Loss Skip, since this Sequence Break starts with the same Secret World. The only difference is that instead of going to Temple Assembly Site after getting Out of Bounds, you wallcrawl to Hall of the Honored Dead. Then, you need to get to the skywalk and morph to drop inbounds in the middle of the room. From here, you are ready to get Seeker Launcher as you normally would.
Currently, this is only used in 4%.
