North Quarantine Tunnel is a room in the Phendrana Drifts region of Metroid Prime.
Secret World
Go to the door leading to Thardus and turn around. Perform a [Bomb Space Jump|2BSJ]] and hop over the wall - try to land on the Morph Ball track, otherwise it's a long fall down this room.
