Frost Cave is a room in the Phendrana Drifts region of Metroid Prime.
Without Grapple Beam

With Space Jump
Grapple or preform a Combat Dash off a stalactite to reach the far side of the room. Go to the highest platform, then freeze the Glider when he's close to you. Walk to the very right tip of his wing, then wait for his flight pattern to clip you through the wall.
