Randomizers are a group of software that modify the original game to modify/randomize certain attributes to create a new experience. Many games had randomizers created by their fandoms and Metroid Prime and its sequels are no exception. Randomizers are legal, as long as the original game file is not included (ROM).

"Randomized" games are typically played on an emulator or played on a Wii with Nintendont.
