Waterfall Cavern is a room in the Tallon Overworld region of Metroid Prime.
Secret World
Jump up onto the boulder on the right side of the room. Then do a tricky jump to land on the branch on the far side of the rock wall that's blocking your path. From that branch, jump to another branch in front of you. Then jump through the roof.
