Transport Tunnel B is a room located between Transport to Magmoor Caverns East and Root Cave, inside the Tallon Overworld region in Metroid Prime.

Missiles are needed to breach the lock on the door leading to Root Cave on the way there.
Found under the rock bridge, hidden inside the smoke. Should be an early pickup if you get missiles before reaching Transport to Chozo Ruins West in a randomizer run.
