Elite Control Access is a room in the Phazon Mines region of Metroid Prime. It contains a missile expansion. Nearby the missile expansion is a crate that reveals it and kills two space pirates if they haven't already been alerted.
Missile Without Space Jump
Using a UBJ, it is possible to reach the missile expansion without the Space Jump Boots.
