Accursed Lake is a room located in the Sky Temple Grounds region of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains one of the nine Sky Temple Keys.
Reverse Air Underwater
If Samus doesn't have the Space Jump Boots, it is possible to use Reverse Air Underwater in order to get the height necessary to get the item, provided Samus has Gravity Boost in her inventory.
