Elite Quarters is a room located in the Phazon Mines region of Metroid Prime. The Omega Pirate resides in this room, giving you the Phazon Suit during the death cutscene.

Elevator Skip

There is some standable collision on the side of the room that can allow for Samus to reach the top portion of the room without having to use the elevator. This involves performing a ledgeclip and is currently not considered viable outside of a TAS setting. However, as seen in the video below, it can be much faster than being forced to take the elevator.
