Overview
On the South side of Training Chamber, jump up onto some standable ledges above the wave beam door. From here turn around and jump to the ledge on the opposite side of the top of the room. From here jump out and away from the wall and use your Space Jump Boots to jump up and out of bounds.

Overview
This method requires having Floaty Jump. Go to the South side of Training Chamber and morph under the open ceiling. Perform an Infinite Bomb Jump up and out through the hole in the ceiling.
