Transport Tunnel B is a room located in the Tallon Overworld region of Metroid Prime. It contains a missile expansion.
Prequisites for Room Access

Missiles are needed to breach the lock on the door leading to Root Cave on the way there.
Found under the rock bridge, hidden inside the smoke. Should be an early pickup if you get missiles before reaching Transport to Chozo Ruins West in a randomizer run.
Fast Strat
This is typically done during the double IS route in any%. Using the Boost Ball greatly increases how fast this room is. Additionally, since the missile expansion is right in a way, runners doing this route will go out of their way to get it. There is potential to get an Instant Unmorph here, which is demonstrated in the video below.
