While inside the suction valves that bring Samus inside and out of the water, it is possible to get stuck on the geometry, which can result in Samus accumulating large amounts of speed.

Waste Disposal is a room located in the Phazon Mines region of Metroid Prime. It is mostly relevant as a faster alternative to getting into (and out of) the heart of the Phazon Mines. In any%, this room is traversed after getting the Artifact of Warrior in Elite Research in order to get to Tallon Overworld faster.
