Controller Access is a room located in Torvus Bog in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.
No Bombs
Using Darkburst or Sonic Boom, it is possible to activate the bomb slot without the Morph Ball Bombs.
Secret World
If you enter the room from Torvus Energy Controller without having activated the bomb slot first, a hole in the wall will be exposed, making it possible to go out of bounds.
