Training Chamber is a room located on the lower level of the Torvus Bog in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains a missile expansion.
Getting to the Bomb Slot
There are a number of ways to get to the bomb slot without some of the required items. Some of these are listed below.
With Gravity Boost
If the player has Gravity Boost and Space Jump Boots, then it's possible to simply Slope Jump onto the platform.
Without Gravity Boost
If the player doesn't have Gravity Boost, but has Spider Ball and Boost Ball, then performing an Instant Morph on the spider ball track below the platform is viable.
Bypassing the Statue
It is possible to get past the statue without activating the bomb slot that moves it. This can be done both from the front and the back.
If skipping the statue from the back, the player needs to boost from a precise position while on the spider ball track. The exact position can be learned by using a visual cue that aligns the Morph Ball with one of the ridges of the spider ball track. Because of the way the track works, Samus will never be still while in the correct position, so it's also important to feel for the exact point at which Samus will move slightly downwards. If done correctly, holding the analog stick left or right will allow Samus to fit through the gap between the statue and the ceiling.
No Bombs
By shooting either the Darkburst or Sonic Boom near the bomb slot and doing a precise Wall Boost into it, it is possible to move the statue without using the Morph Ball Bombs.
