Dark Agon Temple is a room located in the Dark Agon Wastes in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains the Amorbis boss fight, which guards the Dark Suit. Three Dark Agon keys can be used to unlock the door to the fight.

The trigger to start the Amorbis fight doesn't cover the entire area, meaning that Samus can move around it to avoid the fight entirely.
