Life Grove Tunnel is a room in Metroid Prime. Not only is it a room, it is considered the worst room in the game by the greater speedrunning community.

Life Grove Tunnel is a room in the Tallon Overworld region of Metroid Prime. It contains a missile expansion and consists of a morph ball tunnel with a circular mid-section. This mid-section contains a destructible block that hides the missile expansion. A Power Bomb must be laid in order to enter or exit the tunnel.
