Culling Chamber is a room located in the Ing Hive region of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains one of the three Ing Hive Keys, as well as a Secret World that requires Screw Attack.
Secret World
By performing Screw Attack in one of the Morph Ball tunnels, it is possible to get Out of Bounds.

No Space Jump
It is possible to get the required Screw Attack without the Space Jump Boots. To do this, you must first use the Screw Attack Wall in Central Hive West Transport. This will update the Screw Attack Z-Axis to where it needs to be for the trick to work. Then head over to Culling Chamber and you will be able to perform the SW as you normally would.
