Torvus Plaza is a room located in the Torvus Bog in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains an Energy Tank.
Getting the E-Tank Fast
In 100% speedruns, the Boost Ball is used while on the Spider Ball tracks to skip most of the climb to the item. By boosting upwards, Samus will no longer be inside the trigger that prevents her from unmorphing. After unmorphing, she can then easily use Screw Attack to get to the item.
Without Boost Or Spider
If using Screw Attack, this method allows for Samus to get to the item without needing to use any Morph Ball ability.
