Doomed Entry is a room located in the Dark Agon Wastes region of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It has one of the Dark Agon keys.
Quickly Get to Upper Portion of Room
Normally, you are supposed to shoot a statue on the back side of one of the platforms, revealing a light crystal that must be shot with the Dark Beam. This lowers the platform. There are a few methods of bypassing this.
Slope Jump
By doing a Slope Jump on one of the Luminoth corpses, you can easily reach the upper level without having to activate the light crystal that lowers the platform.
Reposition Strat
This strat serves as an alternate method to the above strat, and it takes advantage of the Bladepod that is nearest to the door leading to Oasis Access.
No Space Jump
This 3BSJ can be useful to get on the platform in randomizers, especially if the player doesn't have the Space Jump Boots or Dark Beam.
