Main Ventilation Shaft Section B is a room located in the Crashed Frigate portion of the Tallon Overworld region of Metroid Prime. It contains a Secret World.
One of the doors in this room needs to be re-energized with the Wave Beam in order to activate.

Re-energizing the door in this room with the Wave Beam disables layer "Default".
Secret World
By performing a HBJ into one of the air ducts above, it is possible to get out of bounds. This is done in some 100% routes to bypass the locked door, as it is impossible to activate this door in-bounds when going through the Crashed Frigate in reverse.
