Windchamber Gateway is a room located in the Temple Grounds in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It has an Energy Tank and a Secret World.
Getting the Energy Tank Without Grapple
There are various ways of getting the item without Grapple Beam or Screw Attack.
Scan Dash Method
A simple scan dash is enough to get across the gap.
Roll Jump Method
Additionally, the gap can be crossed with a Roll Jump or a Boost Jump.
Space Jump Method
If dashing isn't an option, then this method takes advantage of the standable spots that allow Samus to get out of bounds to jump to the platform.
Secret World
There are a series of standable spots that enable Samus to get out of bounds. A Bomb Space Jump is required at the top to get the required height.
