Abandoned Worksite is a room located in the Torvus Bog region of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It contains a missile expansion and a Secret World that requires Screw Attack.
Fast Strats
The intended way of going through this room is to use Morph Ball to roll through some tunnels while avoiding a Sporb. However, it is possible to skip this by jumping to a standable portion of this tunnel and proceeding to the other side.

Normally you need the Grapple Beam to get this room's item, but it is possible to get it without the Grapple Beam.
Bomb Space Jump Method
One method of getting to the item involves performing a Bomb Space Jump.
Roll Jump Method
It is also possible to Roll Jump to the item from the other side.
Boost Jump Method
It is also possible to use a Boost Jump to get to the item. This method can be done without the Space Jump Boots.
Secret World
By performing a Screw Attack into the Morph Ball tunnel, it is possible to go Out of Bounds.
