Metroid Prime/100% IBBF Route

The IBBF route is the current fastest known real time-viable 100% route for Metroid Prime.
The fastest single-segment time anyone has achieved with this route is JustinDM's 1:10, which is the current world record. Justin's run did all of the tricks mentioned in the Options section in order to save time.

Naming
The route is named as such because it requires players to perform the Ice Beam Before Flaahgra (IBBF) wallcrawl.
Options
There are two main options from which players can choose.
- Acquire the Energy Tank in Training Chamber without going out of bounds; replaces Training Chamber wallcrawl
- Get the Artifact of Newborn after obtaining the Phazon Suit; replaces Early Newborn
